Brian W. Heller

Secretary

Brian W. Heller has served as our Secretary since December 2022. He also serves as Senior Vice President and Cohen & Steers’ Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in 2018, Mr. Heller was Chief Counsel of Investment Banking and a Managing Director at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and Legal Head of Investment Banking at its parent corporation, Stifel Financial Corp. Previously, he was a senior associate at Mayer Brown LLP and an associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP. Mr. Heller has a BA from Duke University and a JD from Vanderbilt Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar and is based in New York.
